TL;DR: https://www.ign.com/code-foo/2020 Greetings! We are excited to announce that IGN's Summer 2020 paid internship programs are now accepting applications! For the past nine years, IGN has run a paid internship program called Code Foo for aspiring software developers, designers, and project managers, and it's all led to this. Code Foo 10! We’re looking for impassioned coders, designers, and product managers to learn and work alongside us on projects that are seen by millions of people. [widget path="global/article/imagegallery" parameters="albumSlug=code-foo&captions=true"] During the internship, our goal is not only to give you a hands-on, mentored experience, but also to assist you in your growth as a professional. You'll have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including our core IGN website, mobile apps, and internal CMS systems. Working along side us as core IGN team members, you'll be involved with the planning, design, and execution of real IGN projects. You'll get meaningful hands on experience, and hopefully learn a lot along the way. A resume is not required. We'd rather just see what you can do. For this reason we use an application process that tests your relevant skills, and allows you to showcase your passion for IGN. This means aspiring software developers, designers, and product managers of all levels can (and should!) apply. The program runs from June 15th, to August 7th. It is open to those eligible to work in the US. Travel and lodging are not included as part of the internships. Applications must be submitted by the end of day on Sunday, March 29th, 2020 (11:59pm PST). You'll often find us slipping in some games of Apex or Rocket League during lunch, nerding out over the latest breaking news, or discussing the latest plot twists in our favorite shows over lunch. Some of us may even partake in a PoGo raid every once in a while. This isn't your average workplace. You won't find any cubicles here. Take a look at what a day in the office is really like. Want to know more about our 2020 internships? Ready to apply? Head over to the official application page for more information and apply today!
