Apple is officially reintroducing the iPod Touch following a four-year hiatus.
This seventh generation iPod Touch is the first released since the sixth generation model came out in 2015, and it comes fitted with tech that has been introduced in subsequent iPhone models. The new iPod Touch includes the A10 Fusion chip that runs iOS 12, which was first introduced in the iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus. However, it uses the same 4-inch display (1136-by-640 pixel resolution at 326ppi) used in the previous iPod Touch model. Luckily, for those who dislike using the Lightning headphone adapter, this device includes a 3.5mm headphone jack.
