Chris Messina has been cast in Warner Bros. and DC's Birds of Prey film, as the villain Victor Zsasz, according to Deadline.
Zsasz was first introduced in Batman: Shadow of the Bat #1 in June 1992, part of the Batman: The Last Arkham series. He began as a rich man who owned an international company, with a family that came from money as well.
After his parent's deaths, Zsasz got trapped in the world of gambling and lost everything – including to the Penguin. He ended up becoming a serial killer who carves tally marks into his skin to represent his victims.
